By accessing or using What My Sugar Says ("WMS", the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, subscribers, and customers of the website.

WMS is an awareness and education platform. All content — including articles, CGM observations, videos, eBooks, community posts, and assistant responses — is provided for general educational awareness only.

WMS is not a medical platform, telehealth service, or healthcare provider. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. See our full Medical Disclaimer for details.

Some features (saving content, posting in the community, accessing orders) require an account. You can sign in using a magic link sent to your email, or using a supported social login such as Google.

You are responsible for keeping your account email secure and for the activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or any applicable law.

You can request deletion of your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

If you post questions, answers, comments, or other content in the community section, you grant WMS a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.

You are responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, spammy, sexually explicit, or that gives medical, dosing, diagnostic, or prescription advice. We may hide or remove content that violates these standards or that is reported by the community.

Anonymous posting is supported, but posting anonymously does not exempt you from these standards. We log the underlying account for moderation purposes.

The WMS Sugar Guide is an AI-powered awareness assistant. It is not a doctor and never claims to be. It will not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, dosing advice, or treatment plans. Its responses are general awareness only.

We log assistant interactions for safety review and quality improvement. Please do not enter information you would not want associated with your account or stored. For anything personal to your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

WMS may make digital products (eBooks, guides, recipe collections) available for purchase. Paid checkout is processed by Razorpay, our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.

**Note:** Paid checkout and digital downloads may be unavailable or marked as "Preview" while we finalise our digital catalogue. Where this is the case, the relevant CTA on the website will say so clearly. No charges should occur for previewed/coming-soon items.

All sales of digital products are final. Because digital goods are delivered immediately on purchase, refunds are not offered as a general rule. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate.

When you complete a paid purchase, we send an order confirmation email containing an invoice number, item summary, and a link to your order page. Digital downloads, when available, are accessed from your account's Orders page through a short-lived signed URL.

Download links may expire. Re-generate them from your Orders page if needed. Please do not share your download links — they are tied to your account.

We retain order and invoice records for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law.

If you subscribe to the newsletter or enable specific notifications (new experiments, product updates, etc.), we will send emails on those topics. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also manage notification preferences from your account.

All original content on WMS — including written articles, CGM data presentations, graphics, video content, eBooks, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Nakul Grover and What My Sugar Says.

You may share links to WMS content freely. You may quote short excerpts for educational or journalistic purposes with clear attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute full articles, guides, or videos without prior written permission.

Free educational guides are offered for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share them freely with attribution but may not sell or repackage them as your own content.

By using WMS, you agree not to:

• Use the website or its content for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, its security, or its infrastructure • Misrepresent WMS observations as medical advice • Reproduce or distribute WMS content without permission • Submit false, misleading, harmful, or medically unsafe content in any community channel • Use the AI assistant to obtain dosing, diagnosis, or prescription guidance

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WMS and Nakul Grover shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, its content, or its services.

WMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

WMS may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. These links do not constitute endorsement of the linked site's content, products, or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the site and via email to active subscribers where appropriate. Continued use of the website following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
